Slade Farm United conceded in the dying moments of this Oxfordshire Intermediate cup first round tie going down 3-2 to Kidlington reserves. Slade dominated the first half and deservedly took the lead when James Allen curled home a free kick from 25 yards. Slade thought that they had doubled their lead only to have the effort chalked off for offside. Kidilington Reserves came out in the second half much stronger and equalised from a headed goal from a free kick. Slade regained the lead soon after when Andrew McMillan headed home from a corner. Kidlington found themselves level again when they were awarded a penalty which was converted by their captain. They then completed their come back when their striker fired home into the empty in the dying moments of the game.
